This is a simple and effective solution designed to help limit handlebar travel and protect your motorcycle from excessive steering angle. By reducing steering lock, this stop helps prevent clip-ons, controls, and bars from contacting the fuel tank, frame, or bodywork.
Constructed from durable PETG material it also provides excellent strength with slight flexibility, making it ideal for race and track environments. Its compact design allows it to be installed in tight spaces where additional steering limitation is needed.
Installation is quick and straightforward. The stop grips the frame lug on the frame of the R6, but also secured using high-strength 3M adhesive. This allows the stop to be securely mounted without drilling or permanent modification to the motorcycle while also making it quick and easy.
If the event of a crash the stop also acts as an energy absorption part. This helps to prevent the lugs on the steering stem from breaking or bending the lower triple.
