Shipping & Returns
All online orders received before 2pm EST Tuesday thru Saturday are processed the day they are received. Online orders received after 2pm Tuesday thru Saturday will be processed the next business day. Online orders received Sunday and Monday are processed Tuesday morning. All in stock items will be shipped by the next business day. If any items are not in stock or a delay in delivery, we will notify the customer via email or phone and provide an estimated delivery date. All items that are not in stock usually have a 3-4 business day delay before shipping from MRP Motorsports. Once an ordered item is received by MRP Motorsports for a sales order it will ship by the next business day. MRP reserves the right to charge a stocking fee on cancelled orders.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal payments online. MRP reserves the right to cancel any order it receives if it unable to fulfil orders, deemed by MRP management as being suspicious and/or fraudulent transaction, incorrect pricing, and/or supply chain disruptions changes that reflect in providing parts as advertised.
- Shipping and Handling
MRP Motorsports currently ship UPS ground and USPS to the continental 48 states. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS and USPS web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Pasadena, Maryland, and the published UPS rates. On special request, we may be able to expedite your order with faster delivery options, using UPS Next day, Two day or Three day delivery guaranty. All expedited shipment orders must be phoned in to MRP at 866-599-5205 to insure part availability and time requirements. MRP does not ship outside the U.S.A. We DO NOT ship orders/products to world export companies or world forwarding companies. All orders received that are shipped to forward shipping companies will be cancelled. Please note that when you opt-in for drop shipping, there are additional costs, and it may not align with free shipping offers.
- Returns and Exchanges
All items that wish to be returned must be in original packaging. No returns are accepted after 30 days of original purchase. Before you wish to return an item call 866-599-5205 or email email@example.com ask for a return authorization and write that number on the box when returning. We do not pay nor reimburse for shipping charges including any charges that may encore in returning an item. Customer must ship all items in a shipping box or envelope; do not use the product packaging as a shipping container. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused by MRP Motorsports. There are no returns on electrical items. No refund will be issued until MRP Motorsports has received and reviewed the item that is being returned. The item returned will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges are handled in the same way as items that wish to be returned. You must obtain a return authorization, send item back in original packaging. Exchange item will be shipped to same address that original item was shipped to once original item is received. Any additional charges may be assessed at this time for items that are upgraded to more expensive items.
Items that are returned not for exchange or credit will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be accompanied with the receipt within 30 days. Without a receipt, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit.
Credit: A 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges: No restocking fee.
Incorrect Item Received: No extra charge. MRP Motorsports will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. MRP Motorsports will provide a call tag for incorrectly shipped items. Warranty Exchanges: All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a MRP Motorsports customer service representative.
Model Specific Parts: Any parts returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.
Service Items Sold: Service orders placed on-line are billed with payment received on date they are received and processed by MRP. All service items sold that occur in the future of payment date have a 90 day expiration for full value for cancellation of service and full refund. Services not rendered within in this 90 day can be exchanged for the original sale price amount. These services can be exchanged for other parts and service for full amount of original purchased service amount. Purchased services have a 2 year expiration date for service amount when used for original purchased service. MRP will honor service purchased, but not rendered, outside this 2 year period, if MRP still provides original service sold, and or are able to fulfill service. This may depend on personnel, equipment, and or technology provided by 3 party vendors outside MRP's control.
Closeouts and Blems: No refunds on closeout or blemished items. Exchanges subject to availability
Package Deal Returns For Credit: If you want to return any package deal item for credit, you must return all items that were part of the original package deal. For example, if you purchased a jersey, pant and glove combo, you would need to return all three items for a complete credit less the 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept individual items from a package deal returned for credit.
Package Deal Exchanges: If you need to exchange any package deal item for a different size, we will accommodate you if possible. We cannot allow exchanges for different colors unless you are exchanging the entire package deal. All exchanges are subject to availability.
